Principle：

◆After the filtered air is heated, it is distributed into the fluidized bed through the air regulating valve, and the wet material entering from the quantitative feeder is blown by the high-pressure hot air to form a boiling state. Because the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so drying can be completed in a short time. The material enters from the inlet at one end of the bed, and after tens of seconds to several hours of boiling and drying, it automatically or in batches flows out from the outlet at the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.

◆The equipment has a large processing capacity and a large discharge volume. The dust is collected through a built-in cloth bag or an external dust collector.

◆The residence time and temperature of the material in the dryer can be set and adjusted.

◆The equipment has simple structure, convenient maintenance, and uniform temperature distribution in the bed.

◆The equipment can be operated continuously, semi-continuously or intermittently.

◆Suitable for drying powder and granular materials with good fluidity, and materials with high moisture content and cohesiveness should be pretreated before drying.

◆The bed hole structure can be adjusted according to the material requirements, and the thickness of the material layer can be adjusted through the overflow plate.

◆A cooling section can be set on the bed surface of the discharge end, which is convenient for direct cooling and packaging.

Application：

◆ Drying operation of medicines, chemical raw materials and food. The particle size of applicable materials is generally 0.1-6mm, preferably 0.5-3mm.
